We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team of professionals as an Inside Counter Sales Representative.

What you will be doing:

The Inside Counter Sales Representative. is a key position with the company and interacts with customers and performs the following duties to be executed in a timely manner.  These duties include:

Inside Sales:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding electric motors, parts, and services.
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of product lines including AC/DC motors, VFDs, pumps, and motor accessories.
  • Coordinate with the service department to provide accurate timelines and updates for repairs and rebuilds.
  • Assist the sales team with order processing and customer support.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service.

Assist Shipping & Receiving with the following, as required:

    • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
    • Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders and repaired equipment.
    • Organize and maintain stock of motors, components, and supplies.
    • Maintain shipping and receiving records in the inventory management system.
    • Coordinate with freight companies and couriers for pickups and deliveries.
    • Operate forklifts and other equipment to move heavy motors and components safely.

What we need from you:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail orientated and very organized
  • Work well in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively alone and collaborate as a team
  • Outgoing and energetic personality
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience and knowledge of electric motors and controls
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology
